This book has it all passion, hate, hot alpha male, head strong women, love, mystery and so much more. The who done it will have you guessing until the end unless you pay close attention. I almost missed that one little clue and I thought that is weird. Then I started paying closer attention and things started falling together but I still wasn't 100 percent sure until the end. This author has a way of drawing you in and keeping you right where she wants you on the edge with you holding your breath waiting for the other shoe to drop why she weaves a story of mystery, thrills and suspense.

Jesse head and founder of H.I.S he serves and protects, the only thing is Katie who is FBI doesn't want to be protected she wants to be right in the middle of the action. When someone is out to kill her which she doesn't believe, Jesse sets up plans to keep her save. Only Katie is very stubborn and doesn't want his help. They both dislike each other and fight every time they see each other. Could it be hate or is there something more that neither is telling the other?

You are going to find a lot of hot passionate men in this story with some very hot passionate scenes. The author sure knows how to heat it up slow and steady. It might take them awhile to hook up but once they do they can't keep their hands off each other as they do their dance of love working their way through danger trying to beat the clock to get to the killer before someone ends up dead. This book starts off fast and keeps going at a fast pace. You will be drawn in from the first few pages and won't put it down.

There wasn't one thing about this book I did not find interesting or did not like. Each character seems to be hiding something they do not want the other to know. If the other knows they are afraid they will lose him/her. As we know things come out and the chips will fall, will it be enough to make them turn away from each other or will they build a life together?

This is the first book I have read from this author but it sure will not be the last. I can't wait to read HIS 2 I am sure little brothers story will be just as interesting and full of thrills and suspense as this one was. If you are looking for a new favorite author who knows how to tell a story why keeping you on the edge guessing look no further.

This was a great book with lots of twists and turns. I loved the constant bickering between Kate and Jesse. Then, before they knew it, their arguments changed to kisses. But not before a drive-by shooter shot Kate. Lucky for her, Jesse spotted the car and pulled her out of the way so that she wasn't badly hurt. Was the shooter after Kate, Jesse or both of them? And why?

I loved this exciting book with its constant action. Both Kate and Jesse were not terribly likeable at first. Kate was a strong and determined woman. She was almost too determined, always wanting to do things on her own. Her stubborn, hard-headed manner was irritating. Jesse was extremely dominant. He was used to running his company and having his orders followed without question. But they both mellowed, turning into really great people.

The ending was wonderful. It's not often that a book will bring tears to my eyes. This is romantic suspense at its best. A must read.
This was a very good book with romance, danger, suspense and heartbreak. Well written the story starts with a female FBI agent who has finished working a case with her partner and brother, Jesse Hamilton. She is attracted to Jesse and dislikes him at the same time due to the fact that he is stern and likes to aggravate her. The attraction is mutual but neither will admit it. He happens to meet up with her by accident one morning when they are shot at by a drive by shooter. She is shot in the hand and doesn't know if she will lose the use of her hand. They don't know which one was being shot at or if or was a coincidence. He is former FBI and has enemies just as she does. After the second attempt on her life Jesse feels it is Kate who is the target but can't convince her. She gets an FBI security detail for safety but Jesse runs Hamilton Investigation and Security, a highly reliable company he formed with his brothers and they are protecting her as well. Jesse moves into her apartment to be with her 24-7 to ensure her safety and further their acquaintance. Well, the story really takes off from there and the attraction turns into something more as does the story which ends with a surprising ending. Very good.

His Desire was a speedy carefree enterprise, loaded with a lot of tension, heap of chemistry between the two fundamental characters. In Sheila Kell first book in HIS Series. We discover that only an appearance or believing that a man or woman is appealing can be hazardous to the next individual wellbeing.
I was enchanted in reading His Desire. The plot was immersing and in the communication amongst Jesse and Kate was beguiling. I adored how Sheila Kell finished His Desire, it set up the story to her next title in HIS series "His Choice" the story about Jesse's sibling, and Kate's partner … AJ Hamilton.
His Desire will keep you hooked. It is a thriller with a lot of suspense thrown in. It has some pretty hot scenes. There is sexual tension and the chemistry between the protagonists is written very well. The plot itself is a well used one, but so cleverly written that it doesn't bore you. So, don't judge the book by its blurb. It is so much more more than a suspense/thriller.

I really liked the way that the author has written her characters and peels away layers as you go into the story, making them come alive bit by bit. You get closer and closer to the characters as you understand them better and are rooting for them to beat the odds and survive. A great read.
